1. Why should I have my web site designed by a professional?
   With all of the self help tools to make your own web site, why would you want to pay someone else to do it for you? The answer is simple - you know your business, and we know ours. 3. How long will it take for my web site to appear online?
   The average time from contract completion until going live online is about 3 - 4 weeks, but that time frame varies with the complexity of the site. Obviously, the more complex your site structure and design, the longer it will take to get exactly what you want. We never put a site online publicly until you are 100% satisfied.
   
   
4. What kind of contract and payment terms will I have with Design Previews?

   The design contract will spell out exactly what features your web site will contain and your ownership rights. There is a deposit of 33% of your design due upon contract agreement, with the remainder due upon completion.

   Maintenance and hosting do not require a contract and are payable quarterly.

5. Can you register or transfer a domain name for me?
   Yes, of course we offer the transfer of your current domain to our server without charge. We will be happy to register new domain names for you as well. See domain name for more information.
   
   
6. What about search engines?
   The use of search engines has become a very complex subject and the submission standards and rankings for search engines are changing almost daily. Basic search engine registration is included with our hosting maintenance packages. When we discuss your web site design, we can advise you about the current options for search engines, register your site with the search engines, and offer you search engine optimization services related to your business. 7. What if I don't know anything about web pages?
   No problem! We do it all for you. We can also help you learn a little about what is possible at the same time, if you wish. We can provide instruction for your staff and extra services you may need to get your office working smoothly with your site.
   
8. Can I stay with my own server?
   Yes, we can design your web site for your current server. Once we know the configuration of your server and your web site needs, we will be able to give you an estimate of the costs for designing for your server. We provide maintenance and updating services for web sites residing on other servers at an hourly rate.
   
9. What kind of guarantee do I have that my site will work correctly ?
   Your satisfaction with our design process is guaranteed. We'll work with you until your site has just the look you want. Then, if you have chosen one of our hosting & maintenance packages, we will check your site regularly to be sure that it continues to function properly. 10. Can I update my site myself?
    Yes, we can design your site so that you can update it from your own office. We can provide training for your personnel to be able to maintain the web site from your office if needed. We can even design templates to allow several people from your organization to add information to the web sites without any knowledge of HTML programming. Most clients, however, decide to use our packaged hosting & maintenance services which usually save them time and money in the long run.
    
11. How much will my project cost?
    Now for the bottom line - how much does it cost to have your site designed correctly? Sites can vary in price from free ( You've seen those results ! ) to millions of dollars.
